Spacious room lovely staff always very cheerful and very welcoming best sleep I’ve had

Clean room Room was on hot initially because there was no air conditioning but they provided a fan, so it was okay.

Clean room. Lovely food in the restaurant. Buffet was great value and very tasty. Good choice of food. Great entertainment in the bar area with bingo. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice,place to stay. Staff Very friendly & polite. They stored our suitcase,as we arrived early for checking. They also stored our suitcase,until much later. In the day, after checkout. Nothing to much,well organised Hotel😊

Outside the town centre and very close to the river. Lovely view and not too far from the railway station and an easy walk to the city centre and shops. Lovely river walks and nice sitting area outside. Not far from The Bus Station.

Did everything it said in the tin. Large clean comfortable warm. Excellent hot shower.

beds was so comfy and floor 9 connected rooms was clean and wide enough for family of 4.Staff was incredible friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Staff is Polite and Friendly. The Front Desk Team is amazing . I travel alot and can say in Sheffield the only. Reason to come here is the staff and service.

The room was a good size with comfy beds, tea/ coffee facilities, an iron and ironing board, clean and functional bathroom and 3 single beds, as requested.
