Location was great with cheap NCP car park next door. Rooms comfy and lovely breakfast

We loved the hotel and thought it was excellent value for money. The staff were amazingly friendly and sociable. The hotel was modern and clean throughout and our room was so spacious with a huge bed for a booked queen sized room. The room facilities were good with iron/ board/ hairdryer, tv and fridge.

Bed was huge and very comfortable. Lovely staff, so helpful, on the desk and at breakfast.

Location is excellent

Excellent stay again at the Best Western in Sheffield. Staff are great, very friendly and always helpful. Rooms are spacious and whilst might benefit from some refurbishment, perfectly functional and always clean. Very good location for every Sheffield. Have stayed here weekly for the past three months. Will be back again in the new year.

Fantastic, clean hotel.
We stayed in a business suite, so the room was spacious, fresh bedding and towels and tea and coffee!
Super friendly staff but one girl stood out the most, Rahwa! What a girl! So helpful and nice, she's the reason we actually booked again!

Clean room Room was on hot initially because there was no air conditioning but they provided a fan, so it was okay.

Clean room. Lovely food in the restaurant. Buffet was great value and very tasty. Good choice of food. Great entertainment in the bar area with bingo. Friendly and helpful staff.
