Huge comfortable bed. Warm and very clean room supplied with a fan if needed. Quick check in and polite staff. Lovely breakfast. Close to public transport and a very short taxi rude to the Arena.

Room very clean and well presented. Lovely queen size bed but a little soft for my liking. Nice shower and bathroom, good size. Including breakfast which was tasty, hot and plentiful

Came up from London for football at Hillsborough. Really enjoyed my stay here. Good location and the room was very comfortable and clean, with a good shower.
Above all, was Rahwa on reception, she was so friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. I really appreciate that and would love to stay here again

We loved the hotel and thought it was excellent value for money. The staff were amazingly friendly and sociable. The hotel was modern and clean throughout and our room was so spacious with a huge bed for a booked queen sized room. The room facilities were good with iron/ board/ hairdryer, tv and fridge.

Bed was huge and very comfortable. Lovely staff, so helpful, on the desk and at breakfast.
